Reaprender (To relearn)

REAPRENDER
Cuando ya crees que lo sabes todo, cuando pretendes dar lecciones a los demás... te viene la vida con un huracán a sacudirte bien y dejarte desnudo como un bebé.

Ya puedes ir vestido de grandes teorías y adornado de grandes consejos para otros, que de repente, te encuentras vacío, perdido, con todo por reaprender, que es infinitamente más complicado que aprender.

Volver a equivocarte acercándote a la persona no adecuada, dejar que entren en tu vida para que vuelvan a robarte un poco de ti... Volver a saber quién es quién, diferenciar el que te tiende la mano verdadera del que lleva la manzana podrida; el que se merece un sitio o el que mejor se mantenga lejos.

Volver a reír y ponerte el mundo por montera, a ver de rosa toda la escala de grises... Volver a tener ilusiones y luchar por ellas, a tener energía para afrontar los nuevos retos y a colocarte cada día (o intentarlo) la mejor de las sonrisas.

Volver a escuchar la voz que llevas dentro, a quererte un poco más a caer y levantarse todas las veces que haga falta.

No se dice aquello de renovarse o morir? Para lo bueno y lo malo... volveré a reaprender!

TO RELEARN
When you think you know it all, when you try to lecture other... that's when life hits you like a hurricane and leaves you naked like a newborn baby.You may be wearing big theories combined with great advice for others, but all of a sudden you find yourself empty, lost, and knowing that you have to relearn, which is much harder than simply learning.Failing again by approaching the wrong person, letting people in to steal a piece of you, distinguishing between who's truly willing to give a helping hand and who's bringing a rotten apple with him, the one who deserves to stay or the one who should stay away from you.
Laughing again and taking the world by storm, seeing in color the whole gray scale.... having dreams and fighting for them, feeling happy enough to face new challenges and to have on your face the best of your smiles (or at least trying to).
Listen to the voice within, love yourself a bit harder in order to be able to fall and get yourself back up as many times as you need.
You know what they say... evolve or die. For the good and the bad... I will relearn!
