EL RETRATO
Hace mucho tiempo que me dijiste que querías retratarme, mientras compartías conmigo cada vez más asiduamente tus gustos, opiniones y experiencias.Quizá comenzamos a dibujar ese retrato por la cama en vez de por el estudio, siendo el lado más inapropiado para el comienzo.Hace mucho tiempo que me dijiste que querías seguir perdiéndote entre mis sábanas, pero ya no encontré más tiempo para ti. Fue justo cuando dejaste de compartir tus gustos, opiniones y experiencias.Quizá que no aparezca por tus exposiciones tenga alguna correlación con ello. Quizá sentí que ese retrato no tenía más proyección que la carnal.Hace mucho tiempo que ya no consigues mi lado más lascivo y por tanto dejó de interesarte mi lado más fotográfico
THE PORTRAIT
A long time ago you told me that you wanted to portray me. In the meantime you shared moreand more assiduously your tastes, opinions and experiences with me.Maybe we started drawing that portrait in the bed instead of in the studio, being the mostinappropriate place from the beginning.
You told me a long time ago that you wanted to keep getting lost in my sheets, but I did not findany more time for you. It was justthen when you stopped sharing your tastes, opinions andexperiences with me.
Maybe that is why I don’t appear in any of your exhibitions. Maybe I felt that this portrait had nomore projection than the carnal one.
It's been a long time since you got my more lascivious side and therefore lost interest in mymore photographic one.
