[Salamanca today celebrates the feast of the Virgen de la Vega and some, like me, their third wedding anniversary :D. As today was a special day, I bring you a "special" entry that, if you like, will be repeated more often. One of my main hobbies in addition to decoration and DIY (lol) is cooking. I cook from many, many years ago and I think that I can manage myself very well in a kitchen (lol) ... : D Also, a few years ago, I became to read great cooking blogs like the ones you can find on my blogroll (suggestions are also welcome) and this helps me to improve my portfolio with lots of recipes and tricks to learn ...]
[As I said, today I had to celebrate so many things so I decided to try a fantastic, quick and easy tiramisu recipe I found it in MadebyGirl blog. Will not know if it's my imagination but this girl seems to have an "almost" perfect life. I admire her.. this is the truth ... I also decided to taste a savory dish, a wonderful baked eggplant from Silvia's blog, Mi Dulce Tentación (¡sorry! only for spanish readers). The recipes here and here. I promise that, next time, if you like this new section, the photos will be mine;)]FOTOGRAFÍAS DE [PHOTOS FROM]: MADEBYGIRL & MI DULCE TENTACIÓN
