EL MERCA’O
Este sábado, mi amiga Rosana me invitó a compartir con ella y sus amigas una cena. Todas somos y vivimos en distintas ciudades. El plan era pasar un fin de semana en Pamplona y disfrutar de su gastronomía y, ¡qué mejor sitio que el Restaurante el merca’o!. El vino Inurrieta cuatrocientos, y el jamón ibérico de recebo acompañado de pan rústico con crema de tomate aliñada, ¡deliciosos!. Los rollitos vietnamitas en salsa de soja y el risotto de setas y trigueros, ¡de lujo!. Los segundos y los postres maravillosos. El Restaurante pertenece a los hermanos Idoate, toda una institución en Navarra. Recientemente le han otorgado el Premio Nacional de Hostelería. Diseñado por el arquitecto Toni Vaíllo.
This Saturday, my friend Rosana invited me to share a dinner with her and her friends. All we are and live in different cities.
