Los buenos moldes de cocina son caros. Así que busquemos alternativas más baratas o incluso gratuitas, reciclando.
Los moldes más sencillos de hacer son los que tienen una forma de cilindro. Una simple lata abierta por ambos lados servirá de maravilla. Para facilitar desmoldarlo, sólo hay que forrar el interior con un trozo de papel de hornear.
Para usar rellénalo con puré de patatas, arroz o lo que tu quieras, aprieta bien el relleno con la ayuda de una cucharita, luego retira con cuidado la lata y a continuación el papel de hornear.
